CAN I COMBINE MUSHROOMS, AND HOW MANY CAN I TAKE EACH DAY?

When starting something new, it's typically best to start slow, with single servings, and increase depending on how you respond. It is important to observe how you feel before increasing the amount or number of doses in a day. 


My personal favorite is taking one serving of three different mushrooms per day, but that's just me. Some days I'll have more and some days less, depending on how hard I'm pushing it throughout the day or following an extra-adventurous weekend. 


You may find a different number that works best for you. Experiment, have fun, stay in tune with your body and see what the power of adaptogens and superfoods have in store for you.
